BEFORE YOU REGISTER
NAMUN is excited to welcome you to the 40th iteration of our conference, set to occur from February 20th - 22nd, 2025. We plan to host our conference fully in-person with committee sessions, socials and events at various venues in the University of Toronto as well as downtown Toronto.
Before registering, please take note of the following important information:
You must currently be enrolled at an accredited undergraduate or graduate institution to attend the conference as a delegate. Unfortunately, post-graduate students are not eligible to register at this time.
All registrants and associated parties must agree to abide by NAMUN's Delegate Equity Policy and Code of Conduct throughout the conference. More information can found here.
By registering, you agree to the payment and refund schedule as outlined by NAMUN and the mymun platform.
NAMUN reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to registration, participation, and conference operations, including the enforcement of policies and guidelines.
PRICING
The registration periods and prices (in Canadian dollars) are as follows:
Please note: The delegation fee is an additional charge paid by delegations of 2 people or more, on top of the delegate fee paid individually by each member of the delegation. Faculty Advisors are not required to pay an extra fee. All prices stated above do not include the 7% transaction fee.
Refund Policy
NAMUN 2025 will issue a full refund upon request prior to December 22nd, 2024.
From December 22nd, 2024 to January 20th, 2025 refunds will constitute 50% of the original purchase.
Any refund requests submitted after January 20th will not be accepted.
Weather Cancellation
NAMUN 2025 will take place as scheduled from February 20 to February 22, 2025 regardless of weather conditions. As such, we will not be able to offer refunds to registered delegations that are unable to attend the conference due to weather-related circumstances.
Delegates who wish to cancel their registration may do so by notifying the Director-General of External Affairs at external@namun.org.
In accordance with our Delegate Equity Policy, in case of sickness or other extreme circumstances, please contact our Equity Director at equity@namun.org as soon as possible.
Please note: All refunds will not include the 7% fee required to cover our use of mymun.
