Billing Arrangements
Each guest is responsible for their own charges, including room rates, parking, food and beverage, and other incidental services. Please note that cash-paying guests may be required to leave a deposit or credit card guarantee upon check-in. NAMUN 2025 is not responsible for any charges incurred by the delegate(s).
Hotel room rates are per room, per night, in Canadian funds. Rates are subject to applicable local taxes and fees, including 13% HST and a 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT). Please note that the MAT is also subject to HST.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Any cancellations received after this period will result in a one-night room and tax charge, applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
